These Terms & Conditions govern the lease of vehicles from Origin Car Leasing LLC ("the Company") to the lessee. By entering into a lease agreement, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Eligibility: Lessees must hold a valid UAE driving licence or an international driving licence recognised in the UAE. Minimum age is 21 years.

Insurance: All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance. The lessee is responsible for any excess in the event of an at-fault accident.

Mileage: Monthly mileage limits apply as specified in your lease agreement. Excess mileage is charged at the rate shown on your quote.

VAT: All lease payments are subject to 5% UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017.

Termination: Early termination of a lease agreement may incur penalties as specified in your individual lease contract.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
